Dietician South Africa

Optimal nutrition can help children achieve their full potential physically and cognitively as well as prevent disease later on. Illness, allergies and fussy eating behaviors can be serious barriers to meeting nutrition requirements and thus impact growth and development.

A dietitian is trained to identify areas where nutritional shortfalls may occur and help correct them in a practical way. Our dietitian can help with nutrition concerns, such as:

  • Food allergies, food intolerance or adverse food reactions
  • Faltering growth (also known as failure to thrive)
  • Fussy eating or restricted eating behaviours
  • Gut disorders, such as celiac disease, constipation, Crohn’s, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Childhood obesity
  • Lactation and weaning practices

Do you have dietary concerns? With 20 years of experience, and also being a mom of two, Claire would love to support you and your child in achieving optimal nutrition and health.
